Our jeans are a little more faded, our boots a little more worn, and we may have lost a cowboy hat or two somewhere along the way, but here we are at the end of another great Stampede week and we’re still just as excited as Day 1 – yes, maybe ready to dive into a very large cup of coffee, but still excited. This incredible opportunity that we get each year to really dig in and celebrate our city and its history is busy and at times a bit chaotic – see last year’s 51 events in 10 days, or just ask us sometime about the event we pulled together last week between a 10pm phone call and 10am the next morning – but if you know us, you know we wouldn’t have it any other way.
So as we wave farewell to this year’s festival, we want to send a big and genuine thank you first and foremost to our fantastic clients at Calgary Stampede, who outdo themselves each and every year and allow us to be a part of that excellence. Thank you for giving our team this chance to share the Stampede experience with visitors from around the world and our neighbours here at home. And secondly, cheers to our friends and partners who work so hard alongside us to pull these events off. We couldn’t do it without you, and we wouldn’t want to.
