A new face around the office is one of our favourite reasons to celebrate, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve welcomed Maja Krol to the OneWest team as Project Manager. Eager and experienced, Maja has already hit the ground running and arrives in perfect time as we step into this re-energized moment for live events.
Speaking of energy, spend 5 minutes with Maja and it’s obvious that she’s overflowing with it, eager and ready to put her years of experience in the events industry to work for OneWest’s clients. From her time in venue management, Maja brings a solid foundation of creative logistics, vendor liaison, and problem solving. Her experience in the non-profit space lends her a unique perspective on maximizing both budgets and donor engagement. As part of our team, Maja will get the chance to flex every skill in her well-rounded repertoire, and layer it all with her hands-on brand of creativity and particular fondness for the special details that take an event from good to great.
As we collectively lean into this next phase, Maja is unequivocally optimistic about the future of the events industry. Combining the lessons learned through elevating virtual events with the elements of in-person experiences that are more powerful now than ever before, she sees nothing but potential and opportunity to take this industry to new heights.
